Payment terms
We require a full payment for orders less than R500, 50% deposit for orders above R500. 70% deposit required for orders bigger than R30 000.
Design fee to be paid in full before design starts. Full Payment required upon collection/ before final installation.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible if your order has not been taken into production. As almost all products are personalised and non-reusable products, it is not possible to cancel your order once printing has begun.
